Flounder Brewing Co. (Somerset County, NJ)
New Jersey’s newest craft brewery is celebrating their opening with their first tapping on Friday October 5, 2013 from 12 pm – 4 pm at Fox & Hound Tavern in Lebanon, NJ. Flounder will be offering pints of their flagship brew Hill Street Honey Ale for just $3.00.
According to Flounder’s website, Hill Street Honey Ale “possesses the nice golden/amber color of a classic Pale Ale with the subtle hop bitterness found in the classic Amber Ale.” The brew also includes “a whole bunch” of honey, locally harvested in the Garden State, to compliment the hop bitterness.
